Sandbach Partnership have successfully completed the renovation of the town centre noticeboards, improving public access to community news, events and local information.

The project involved refurbishing existing noticeboards at key locations across Sandbach town centre, ensuring they remain a valuable resource for residents, businesses and visitors. The updates include fresh paint, new perspex (where required) and improved display space to enhance readability and durability.

The renovation has also included replacing the out-of-date retail maps with a new artistic impression of the town centre featuring historical landmarks, which was created by local artist Victoria’s Art Studio and utilised local printing services Monster MCR Printing.

Vice-chair, Anne-Marie Robinson commented ‘our town noticeboards play a crucial role in keeping the community informed. By renovating them, we’re making it easier for residents to stay updated on important local events, services and opportunities. We’re committed to supporting better communications and engagement in Sandbach.’

The refurbishment was carried out with support from local volunteers and funding raised by Sandbach Partnership, demonstrating the town’s strong sense of community spirit.
